[wix-users] 32bit and 64bit MSM in a single 32bit MSI

You can install both 32-bit and 64-bit components in a 64-bit msi.

You can only install 32-bit components in a 32-bit msi.

You can only install a 32-bit msi on a 32-bit OS.

You can install both 32-bit and 64-bit msis on a 64-bit OS.
