[wix-users] WiX Toolset for Visual Studio 2019 RC2

The second and--if all looks good--final Release Candidate of Votive for Visual Studio 2019 is available on our release page: https://wixtoolset.org/releases/

The only change in this build is the addition of template tags on for the Visual Studio 2019.1 New Project dialog. Given positive feedback on the first RC and the limited changes made in this RC, we plan to release Votive2019 at the end of this week. If you hit a blocking issue, let us know as soon as possible.
