[wix-users] Use MSIEXEC CMD Line Options

The command line you give is standard for an InstallShield Basic MSI project bootstrapper EXE.  For WiX you create a Burn bootstrapper and it's generally going to be dependent on what bootstrapper application you are using and what properties you've defined to be passed through to your MSI.
