[wix-users] Manufacturer no longer in Apps & Features

Anyone else notice that Apps & Features no longer shows "manufacturer" for
MSIs, but it does for Store apps? This changed between Windows 10 version
1709 (build 16299) and 1903 (build 18362). I miss using the filter to see
just my company's software.

I wonder if this is a Windows bug, or if MSIs are supposed to do something
new to populate that field.

Any thoughts?
