[wix-users] Assembly redirects

Hello,

My application uses a Crystal Reports viewer component.  We reference
Crystal redistributables v 13.0.2000.0
Newer builds of redistributables have been released since then.  

I want to query the target system for Crystal dlls.  If a newer version is
present, I can add an assembly redirect to the config file.

How do I query the target system for Crystal Redistributables and their
version(s)
