The WiX MSBuild targets handle signing during the build but you can run Insignia.exe manually.

Hi,

I have inherited a project that uses WiX with a bootstrapper that is having issues with Microsoft SmartScreen. I am trying to sign the artefact within an automated release pipeline in Azure DevOps.

Is this possible? or must it happen during build?

I would love to see a real example! Unfortunately stack overflow and the ht://dig search is not very helpful.
