[wix-users] Option for launching application

As I understand from tutorial: 
"http://wixtoolset.org/documentation/manual/v3/howtos/ui_and_localization/run_program_after_install.html", 
There is no condition required to show check box.

In .msp installer it is working fine(launch application check box in 
coming).
