[wix-users] Problem settings the install directory using WIXUI

Hi Folks,

I've attached the config files in the hopes someone can spot what I am
doing wrong. The installer UI pops up with the correct path:

C:\Program Files\Viasat\InstrumentationBrowser

But the installation happens into C:\Program Files\InstrumentationBrowser.

There is even a shortcut created on the desktop to the path where it should
go.
