[wix-users] Custom Progress Dialog

No Nir. I am not customizing the builtin WiX Custom Action code. I wish I
were that knowledgeable :(. I am only developing a custom action and trying
to achieve it. In that, I am not sure how to achieve this. The code for
that custom action was provided earlier.
