[wix-users] Is it true that WiX 3.x is not possible to add additional <Page/> to burn bootstrapper?

Hi All,

Is this statement regarding burn bootstrapper from WiX 3.x not being able
to add additional <Page/> on theme still true? Is this possible on WiX 4.x?

I just would like to add a welcome page before Install page.

Full .NET UI implementation just for that is bit too overkill in my opinion.
Would anybody know other possibility?
