Does anyone has a reference on info on how to implement a Custom UI with WPF and Bootstrap?

The only one I could find was in the book: WiX 3.6: A Developer's Guide to Windows Installer XML. But the reference is old (prism) I can't even find the version they mention in the book anymore.
Any new examples?
