[wix-users] NETFRAMEWORK45 not being set?

[Slide]

I did a search in the log file (run with /l*v) and I don't see anything
about AppSearch. I also tried with
WIX_IS_NETFRAMEWORK_452_OR_LATER_INSTALLED and it shows up as empty as well.
