[wix-users] Cancel Dialog and return nothing

On the button that opens the InstallationLocationPickerDialog dialog, publish an event to set ORIGINALINSTALLFOLDER to [INSTALLFOLDER]. Then on the Cancel button, publish event to set INSTALLFOLDER to [ORIGINALINSTALLFOLDER] -- Nir Bar, Independent WiX Expert.
