[wix-users] 0x8007051b Unable to Install Wix bundle

Hi Rob,

Thanks for the quick response, I have checked the ACL of Package Cache, it
looks as normal i.e Administrators and SYSTEM have Full Control and to test
I have granted Everyone Full Control but still was had the same error code.
However another product installer which is not a wix bundle was able to
install successfully and Package cache folder was accessible to that
installer.
