[wix-users] How does BAFunction tell if the Bundle is Installing or Uninstalling?

How can I tell within  an implementation of
IBootstrapperBAFunction.OnPlan() or  IBootstrapperBAFunction.OnPlanComplete()
whether we're installing or uninstalling?

I'd like to continue using wixstdba and avoid writing my own custom ba.
