[wix-users] Set Feature in Silent Install for Custom Action

Actually, through Custom Action, I am able to achieve it partially, if I
set the Custom Action to be invoked Before LaunchConditions. But because of
this condition, I am not able to access the Feature Properties like
RequestState, CurrentState etc of the Feature. Please help.
