[wix-users] ManagedPipeline property of Application Pool in IIS getting reset during Major Upgrade

In both the cases (Install & Upgrade MSIs), I am not setting this property
and the same applies to ManagedRuntimeVersion also. But
ManagedRuntimeVersion setting is retained whereas ManagedPipelineMode is
not.
