[wix-users] Specifying applicability rules in patch to run on target version installers

Hi
We are using pure WIX to create a patch from delta over baseline and target installer. However, we are seeing patch getting deployed (i.e IsInstallable=true) on a installer which has version > target installer version.
What details could be added in patch WIX to ensure it is being targeted to specific installer versions only?
