They are not available since Codeplex went offline. WiX v3.9 (everything pre-WiX v3.11.1) has known security vulnerabilities so we've not made it a priority to re-host the old builds somewhere.

I would like to have the binariy installer for WIX3.9 but cannot find it anywhere.

There is a 39RC2 archive that does not contains anything useful according to me.

Does anybody know where the old binaries are?
