[wix-users] Can I get data from an MSI installer to a Bootstrapped EXE?

I would like to pass INSTALLFOLDER from an <MsiPackage> to the following <ExePackage> in the Chain.  I tried passing [INSTALLFOLDER] via InstallCommand on the ExePackage but it's blank since the MSI installation has already been completed.
