Hi Rob,
That and the preceding article were informative, I appreciate that. While reading those
and a few MSDN articles that your articles referred to, I still don't know the semantics
around product upgrades. Do component IDs (the GUID) matter between product upgrades?
Or in that case, does just the component name matter?
