[wix-users] RemoveRegistryKey in an upgrade - action NOT wanted during RemoveExistingProducts

Component condition doesn't help because it only determines when to install a component.

You can schedule RemoveExistingProducts after InstallExecute so only obsolete components will be removed. See https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/aa371197(v=vs.85).aspx for details.
