[wix-users] XmlConfig: Failed to create global atom

Hi


I've got an MSI that uses XMLConfig. Has anyone seen the error below before
or know why it would occur. From what I was able to find it seems to be
related to being out of storage

SchedXmlConfig:  Error 0x80070008: Failed to create WcaVerboseLogging
global atom.

SchedXmlConfig:  Error 0x80070008: Failed to set verbose logging global atom
