[wix-users] Committing IIS Config Transaction

I have an MSI where I have one IIS site and a couple of App Pools getting
created. There are lots of files also getting deployed, though these files
are deployed to a different directory and not to the Virtual Directory.
But, during the installation of the MSI, it is taking a lot of time at a
step which displays a status "Committing IIS Config Transaction". When I
was testing with a small set of files, but with the same IIS configuration,
it was not taking time. I am not sure what is wrong. Can anyone please help?
