[wix-users] bal:WixStandardBootstrapperApplication shows "Repair successfull" after installation

I think last stable release of Wix is 3.11 as per WixToolset.org. so Wix 4
might still be in beta and may contain bugs.
You can file your findings as  bug at
https://github.com/wixtoolset/issues/issues
