[wix-users] need help to create wix file

Requirement Specification:

The WaferVision (WV) is CGA based SW. WV uses dedicated server connected to
the system through Ethernet.
We need new WaferVision installer that cannot remove existing Centura CGA
(or any other existing CGA SW).
Acceptable solution is to verify that environment variable
WAFER_VISION_SERVER equal YES is present.
The same way as in the existing installer the new installer must setup auto
start (after WV server reboot) StartUp.bat from C:\test\WaferVision\Bin
folder

please help on this
