[wix-users] Bundle Progress Bar

Hello, sorry for the delay, my wix emails have been going to my spam folder for some reason....arrggg.

The installers are 3rd party, SLQ and .net
What I ended doing was to use the corresponding flag to show the UI with no intervention (progress only) instead of completely hiding the installation.

Thank you for your comment.
Best.

Is the EXE install you are running another burn bundle, or some other 3rd party installer?

If it's burn, and the engine version is relatively new, I believe using ExePackage/Protocol with a value of burn will get you what you are looking for.

If it's some other installer, I don't know how you could indicate any sort of progress...

Subject: [wix-users] Bundle Progress Bar

Hello, I finally have a bundle running with pretty much anything I need, the thing is that while some exes run the progress bar in the bundle UI seems to stop, once the exe completes then it moves.
Is there a way to have a better control of the progress bar or create a "live" progress bar?

Best.
