There is no registry path that detects it being installed. None that I
have found.

Well, there are values I see however other projects like BenchmarkDotNet
resort to file system lookups as indicated by

coreclr/issues/12204
Shame, if you move the installation path it breaks although I don't recall
the
installer gives the option.
