Well, without simply restating the actual text, it's hard to continue this thread.
I read those docs and they indicate the given outcome for the specified declaration.
The Major Upgrade page is very short and succinct, if you have a specific question
then ask. But given how short the doc is, I would have trouble not simply restating it?

Step 2 summarizes the take away quite well.
