[wix-users] Passing Product Name, Icon etc as arguments to MSI

The only way to do it at runtime would be to build a transform and then apply it with TRANSFORMS=foo.mst.

At build time, yes. I assume you’re looking to do this at runtime? What are you trying to accomplish?
