[wix-users] Log File Name & Location

When we use the property <Property Id="MsiLogging" Value="v" /> to set
verbose logging from the wxs file itself, it creates the log file in %TEMP%
location with some random name. Is it possible to control the name of this
log file and its location? I know we can call msiexec from command line and
pass the log file name, but I don't want to use this approach. Is there a
way out?
