[wix-users] Time taken by MSI to start installation / uninstallation

After creating an MSI with WiX, when we right click on it and select
Install, it takes a long time (around 30 seconds or more) to start
installation, even though it has only one small text file in it. The same
thing happens during uninstallation also. Can anyone tell me the reason for
this and also, how to fix this?4
