[wix-users] Prompt for Windows Credentials in Wix for Admin Privileges

Sometimes you need to help a customer understand when they're asking for something nonstandard.

The Windows Installer should prompt for escalation if needed. If it isn't with your MSI then that is what you should be  investigating.

Are you targeting XP or some other long deprecated OS?
