[wix-users] Unable to run patch creation command

Hi,
         Working on patch creation using command:       msiexec.exe /a 
product.msi /qb TARGETDIR=C:\sample
         After running command, error coming as "UpgradedImages.Upgraded 
= '7.2.0.79777': ProductVersion is not valid."
         Can anyone help regards this?
