[wix-users] Include pyro.exe into Visual Studio

I came to know from one of the posts in StackOverflow (link below) that
Pyro was not included in Visual Studio since it didn't have a project
template for building patches. Is this still the case or is there a way
around? Can you please provide the steps if so?
