[wix-users] "Couldn't find WIX Toolset"

Very newbie qestion : 
     I installed WIX Toolset today but when i want to use it in the command prompt, it says « Couldnt find WIX toolset, Please Visit : … » I already run it, and used the function ‘repair’ on the app… Should i set wix in my path ? (sorry for my bad English I’m french)
