[wix-users] Bal Overridable is not working when calling on MSIProperty element

Thanks Nir. By the way, these are the variable related entries that I can
find in my BootstrapperApplicationData.xml.

 <WixStdbaOverridableVariable Name="OriginalLocation" />
  <WixStdbaOverridableVariable Name="USERNAME" />

The values of them are still not there. Where can I get the values that the
user has given for these variables?
