[wix-users] Is there a way to alter a WiX Burn built exe manually to change the server part of the DownloadUrl it uses to grab prerequisits and msi

Is there a way to alter a WiX Burn built exe manually to change the DownloadUrl it uses to grab prerequisits and msi. Weather that be a variable or w/e just any possible way to accomplish what I'm trying to accomplish.

In order for me to make this work the built exe must be able to have the server part of the DownloadUrls that are coded in changed POST build.

There has got to be some way to do this. I'm up for any solution WiX or otherwise.
