[wix-users] Does not uninstall windows service.

I am not sure what to fix now... Again this happens on couple of machines not on all machines. And the other service gets uninstalled without any problem.

Is there way to figure out what is blocking and way to force removing the  service entries?

MSI uninstall log says:
Allowing uninstallation of shared component: {754103E6-08B4-51CD-9855-51469047119F}. Other clients exist, but installed to a different location

Apparently you have another product installed that references the same component. 
The file can be removed since other products have a different key path.
The service however, can only be uninstalled when the last client (=product) that references the component is removed.
