[wix-users] installation procedure

Hello,

I'm using Wix toolset version 3.10 to generate setups. There's one use case
that I'm
not able to support.
When newer product version is installed into the directory where the older
version is already installed, the following scenario needs to be
implemented:
- uninstall previous version first, then install newer version (if the same
installation directory is  selected);
- otherwise allow side by side installation (different directory selected).

Thanks for any hints how this can be implemented.
