[wix-users] .NET Redist not working

We set Compressed=no, and it still works, with a caveat.  When set to 'yes' the .Net bootstrapper will be included in the bootstrapper .EXE.  If you set it to 'no', then it will be put in the "redist" folder under the .EXE, and you must preserve that structure when distributing your bootstrapper.
