[wix-users] Localised installer with very long compile times

Hi all,

I've inherited a very large installer that gets localised into 18 languages. The msi is approx. 1.1GB in size and takes ~25 minutes to compile due to it being built for each locale. Heat is used to generate the files. Is there any way to batch build the msi for multiple languages at once? I have tried doing this with PowerShell jobs and calling a different locale at each job but had no luck. Each time the .wixproj is called it seems to delete any previous output, so I may start with 4 languages being built but don't end up with 4 in the output.

Any suggestions to get compile times down are welcome.
