[wix-users] Some questions

I'm writing a custom bootstrapper application, and I'm having a few
issues.  Hopefully someone can help with them:

2>  On Windows 10, the logging statements I included to find out some data
log correctly.  On Windows 7, they do not.  Is this a known issue?
