[wix-users] Certificate Install Error in Windows 7

Hi,
Please try the following:
1. Click Start button
2. On search edit box type cmd
3. In the window on the top cmd.exe appear.
4. Right click on it and choose "Run As Administrator"
5. In the cmd prompt type msiexec.exe <path to your msi file>
