Dark will work on MSIs. Decompile ISM Binary (even this is just an extended
MSI Database) is not possible. So only the fully compiled MSI (including
Top 2 +3) can be decompiled using dark. Be aware then having the full set
of InstallShield specialites in the decompiled wxs. Here I'd definitely
would recommend a refactoring for a new release when migrating from IS to
WiX
