[wix-users] LaunchWorkingFolder not working with Burn variables

Issue still says "cla-required" but user says they signed it (but the automated tool didn't recognize it). Not sure what the deal is there. Probably needs someone to actually poke the .NET Foundation to verify the signature.

Specifically, setting:

LaunchWorkingFolder="[InstallFolder]"

does not work.

Apparently this is related to this pull request which has been in limbo for more than a year now:

Any plans on getting this fixed? Is there a way to even use LaunchWorkingFolder at all without Burn variables?
