If your are using a DTF managed CA, then your CustomAction/@BinaryKey should specify the modified wrapper name "myDll.CA.dll" rather than "myDll.dll".  Generate your C# library with the output name "myDll.dll" and then DTF generates a wrapper "myDll.CA.dll" which is what you MSI imports into the Binary Table and is indicated in the CustomAction/@BinaryKey.
