Hello,

1.            Is the product compatible with Windows 10?
2.            If yes, which versions of Windows 10 is it compatible with?
3.            If yes, which highest and lowest versions of the product are compatible with Windows10?

Yes, it is compatible. I use Wix toolset 3.10 and 3.11 on Windows 10 with Visual Studio 2015.
In practice I have met only one problem with Windows 10 1703 build and had to fix my code to avoid it.
