[wix-users] Debug WiX Commands in Visual Studio

This is really more a discussion for wix-devs but I have VS2010 - VS2017 installed on Win8.1. I've not yet upgraded to Win10.

In which version of Visual Studio on what platform? I also cannot get it to load without errors that I unable to resolve. I am assuming giving some of the deps, it will not work on Windows 10?
