[wix-users] [EXTERNAL] - Command line to generate msi

Looks to me like you are using a WixUI but then you are including some duplicate custom dialogs using the same name as whats in the WixUIExtension.

Like it says, check all of the GUID's, make sure they are unique. File and component must have different ones.
